Product Description:
Luperox® DTA polymer initiator is used for high-temperature polymerization of solvent-based acrylic resins for coatings, primarily in the automotive and industrial markets. Acrylic resins produced using tert-pentyl peroxide exhibit good polydispersity and low solution viscosity because the generated free radicals are more selective. This reduces hydrogen abstraction (crosslinking) in the polymer matrix.
