Glass fiber grid fabric composite felt is made by laminating glass fiber grid fabric with chopped strand mat and securing the layers with polyester yarn stitching.This material is compatible with unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and epoxy resins. It is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive components, refrigeration equipment, and structural profiles, and is suitable for processes including hand lay-up, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), pultrusion, and vacuum infusion.

Roll Width Specifications: Standard widths are 1250 mm and 1270 mm; custom widths ranging from 200 mm to 2600 mm are available upon request.

Packaging: The product is wound onto paper tubes with an inner diameter of 76 mm, wrapped in plastic film, and then packed into cardboard boxes. Rolls should be stored horizontally and can be loaded into containers either on pallets or in bulk.

Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store the product in a cool, moisture-proof environment with an ambient temperature between 15°C and 35°C and a relative humidity between 35% and 65%. Keep the product in its original packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption.
