Glass Fiber Knitted Felt

Glass fiber knitted felt is a high-performance reinforcing material consisting of randomly laid, fixed-length chopped glass fibers that are mechanically knitted with polyester yarn and can be laminated with polyester nonwoven fabric or carbon fiber nonwoven fabric.This product features excellent resin wettability and structural stability, and is compatible with unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and epoxy resins. It is widely used in applications such as pultrusion-molded pipes and storage tanks, fiberglass boat hulls, insulated sandwich panels, anode tubes, automotive composite components, and bathroom fixtures.It is suitable for various composite manufacturing processes, including pultrusion, filament winding, RTM (resin transfer molding), and hand lay-up, and offers excellent processability and mechanical performance.

Packaging: The product is wound onto a 76 mm diameter paper core, wrapped in plastic film, and packed into a cardboard box. It is recommended to store the product horizontally; it can be transported on pallets or in bulk containers.
Storage: Store in a cool, moisture-proof environment. Recommended temperature: 15°C–35°C; relative humidity: 35%–65%. Keep the original packaging sealed before use to prevent moisture absorption.
