Perkadox® BC-EP40 is a 40% granulated formulation bound with an inert polymer.
Applications
Perkadox® BC-EP40 is a monofunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-EP40 exhibit excellent scorch resistance and can be mixed in a single step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 approximately 12 minutes)
