Introduction
WP-S1000 is a 125°C-curing hot-melt epoxy resin system from Wells New Materials (WAM). The WP-S1000 resin has good flow properties and can be used to produce products with low porosity and high fiber content.It is ideal for manufacturing fishing rods, golf clubs, arrow shafts, camera tripods, tubing, and similar products. The WP-S1000 resin also possesses the viscosity, tack, and flexibility suitable for the winding process, offering optimal production workability, and can be stored for approximately four weeks at room temperature.

Recommended Application Processes and Products
- Tube winding process: Various tubular products such as fishing rods, golf clubs, arrow shafts, camera tripods, and sticks
- Vacuum bag molding: Fan blades, marine vessels, and other large products
※ Not suitable for inflatable hot-press molding, compression molding, or autoclave molding. For these three processes, we recommend using WP-S3000 or WP-S5000 resin.
