WP-S1000 is a 125°C curing hot melt epoxy resin system from WAM. WP-S1000 resin has good flowability and can be used to make products with low porosity and high fiber content. Ideal for the preparation of fishing rods, golf clubs, archery shafts, camera tripods, tubing, etc. WP-S1000 resin also has the viscosity, stickiness and softness suitable for the tube reeling process, with optimum production operability, and can be stored at room temperature for about four weeks.

Recommended Application Processes and Application Products

Tube Coiling: Fishing rods, golf clubs, archery shafts, camera tripods, sticks and other tubular products
Vacuum bag molding: fan blades, ships and other large products

※ Not suitable for gas compression molding, molding, and hot press can molding. WP-S3000 or WP-S5000 resins are recommended for these three processes.
