Introduction
WP-H1655 is a heat-resistant epoxy resin system developed by Wells New Materials (WAM). It is suitable for bicycle rims, automotive exhaust pipes, and various industrial applications requiring heat resistance.The resin’s optimal flow properties make it suitable for blow molding in bicycle rim production, resulting in molded products with excellent surface quality. Depending on the characteristics of the customer’s equipment, molding can be performed under a variety of conditions between 125 and 175°C. If necessary, heat resistance can be maximized through a separate post-curing (demolding) process.

Reference Curing Conditions
125°C for 1.5 hours + 175°C for 2 hours
- Molding Conditions: Adjustments must be made based on product thickness, heat transfer, and molding method.
- Post-curing: If necessary, maximize heat resistance through a separate (demolding) post-curing process.
