Applications
Trigonox® SBP is a highly effective initiator for the production of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used in both tubular and autoclave processes. In most cases, it is used in combination with other peroxides to ensure a broad reaction range. Trigonox® SBP can be used as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride within a temperature range of 40–65°C.
