Trigonox® 82-30BA is a peroxide blend (30% diluted with butyl acetate) developed for curing coating resins.

Butanox LPT-IN is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) for curing unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of cobalt accelerators at room and elevated temperatures. Butanox LPT-IN has a significantly longer gel time than most other ketone peroxides, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring longer gel times or production times, such as the production of large parts and fiber winding. Butanox LPT-IN is also of particular interest in areas with high ambient temperatures. Butanox LPT-IN is particularly recommended for the curing of vinyl ester resins. This MEKP formulation produces less "blistering" than standard MEKP. Years of practical experience have proven that Butanox LPT-IN, with its guaranteed low water content and absence of polar compounds, is well suited for GRP products, such as marine applications. The low hydrogen peroxide content of Butanox LPT-IN makes this peroxide ideal for curing gelcoats that are prone to microporosity due to hydrogen peroxide decomposition. For room temperature applications, it is necessary to use Butanox LPT-IN in conjunction with a cobalt accelerator such as Accelerator NL-49PN.
