Trigonox® 75 is an MEKP formulation designed to cure unsaturated polyester resins at both room temperature and elevated temperatures in the presence of a cobalt accelerator. It is suitable for curing thick laminates.
Applications
Trigonox® 75 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide formulation designed to cure unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature and high temperatures in the presence of a cobalt accelerator. In thin laminates, it is effective up to approximately 4 mm, the performance of Trigonox® 75 is comparable to that of Butanox M-50; however, in thicker laminates, it can reach approximately 100 mm. 10 mm, Trigonox® 75 reduces peak exothermic heat release while maintaining the same gel time and cure time. Therefore, Trigonox® 75 is suitable for curing both thin and thick sections of a given product.
