Perkadox® L-40 RPB is a special low viscosity pumpable and sprayable peroxide formulation containing 40% BPO for fast dispersion and solubility in unsaturated polyester and acrylic resins. Perkadox® L-40 RPB is a pumpable, sprayable, easy-to-dispense dibenzoyl peroxide for curing unsaturated polyesters, vinyl esters, acrylics and acrylic-modified resins at ambient and elevated temperatures. Perkadox® L-40 RPB should be used in combination with an aromatic tertiary amine accelerator added separately to the resin at curing temperatures up to 80°C. Above 80°C no accelerator is required. Perkadox® L-40 RPB Can be pumped through internal and external mixing FRP spray equipment and poured or metered by volume, Perkadox® L-40 RPB is much easier to use and handle than traditional dibenzoyl peroxide pastes or dispersants.
