Perkadox® 14-40B-GR-S is a 40% granulated inert carrier system formulation.
Applications
Perkadox® 14-40B-GR-S is a bifunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® 14-40B-GR-S exhibit excellent scorch resistance and can be mixed in a single step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 approximately 12 minutes).
