LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ABP 8420无导电性胶粘剂专为焊线封装中器件评估封盖连接而设计。该胶粘剂可采用定向热能或热板固化技术快速固化。LOCTITE ABLESTIK ABP 8420可在低至80℃的温度下固化，此固化过程常在箱式或对流输送机烘干箱中进行。如果在功能芯片上使用，则必须保持>1密耳的胶层厚度，以防止芯片划伤。
