LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8008，混合树脂体系，芯片贴装

LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 8008快速固化胶粘剂专为小尺寸芯片(<3毫米)而设计。它具有中等的导电性和导热性。这种材料可通过钢网印刷用于背面，然后在中间进行B阶处理。然后，粘合剂可在进行在线加工过程的芯片贴装后固化，从而显示出一致的、无空隙的粘合层，且不会溢出。LOTTENE ABLESTIK 8008应与压敏划片膜一起使用，并且与高清划片膜不兼容。
