LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 2600BT 粘合剂专为需要从模具中排出大量热量的热管理应用而设计。该粘合剂采用独特的悬浮系统，含有悬浮在溶剂载体中的银和树脂颗粒。一旦材料完全固化并且溶剂蒸发，粘合剂就具有极高的银负载量。 LOCTITE ABLESTIK 2600BT 粘合剂在芯片与外壳、接近焊料和共晶型材料之间提供非常低的热阻。
