LOCTITE® 3129 是一种单组分热固化环氧树脂。该产品设计为在低温下固化，并在相当短的时间内在多种材料上提供出色的粘合力。典型应用包括存储卡、CCD/CMOS 组件。特别适合热敏部件需要低固化温度的情况。
