Primary Applications Vipel® F017 series is designed to be used as a primer on steel, concrete, and other substrates to which glass fiber reinforced composites are bonded. Performance Characteristics Low VOC content Styrene content is less than 40% by weight in all versions. Bonding Vipel® F017 Series is designed for use as a primer for glass fiber reinforced composites bonded to steel and other substrates.
